Shipping and Delivery

SHIPPING understands that getting your items quickly is important to you and you can trust that your order will be processed at the shortest possible time and delivered to you.

We ship products almost anywhere in India other than a few locations which our logistic partners do not serve.  We Do Not ship Internationally as of now.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the location within India.

When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s) and your shipment's destination. We usually get your shipment delivered within 2-6 business days of your placing the order through our website.

We will be sending you a confirmation email / SMS once the order is shipped and another email when the order is delivered.

In case you want to check the shipment status in between you can track your order details in your account.

While these are extremely rare cases, however, if there is any delay in shipping the products, our Customer Support will call you regarding the same.



We have partnered with multiple-courier service providers for shipment of orders. Based on your location, we may ship your order through any one of them.

Although we try our best to ensure on-time delivery, there are certain conditions under which the delivery may get delayed:

• Incorrect shipping address

• Incorrect PIN code

• Nobody available at shipping address

• Extreme weather conditions



1) New Order: Normally an order once placed cannot be cancelled by the buyer. However, in a rare case of us accepting the cancellation request from the customer, he/she will have to bear the shipping charges and the cancelled order amount refund request will be initiated and the refund amount would reflect in your account within 10-15 business days.

2) Damaged Product Received: We make the best efforts to ensure that your order reaches you in the best possible condition. However, there may be cases where the item(s) delivered may get damaged in transit. Under these circumstances, you can either get the item(s) replaced free of cost or get the order cancelled by getting in touch with us at within 3 business days.

3) Wrong Product Received: This is unlikely to happen as our fulfillment process has multiple checks and balances to ensure that the right item(s) get delivered to the right customer at the right address. In extreme rare case, please get touch with us at within 3 business days. We will ship the correct item immediately and request you to courier the product back to us.
